· West End Tails (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is an online store selling pet products.
· These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and customers of www.westendtails.com.
· We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time.
2. Eligibility to Shop
To place an order on our website, you must:
· Be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
· Provide accurate and complete information for orders.
· Use a valid payment method that belongs to you.
3. Orders & Payments
· Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
· Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations.
· Pricing: All prices are listed in [Currency] and may change without notice.
· Payment Methods: We accept all card. Payments must be completed before shipping. Cash and bank transfer can be arranged on prior agreement; please contact us on info@westendtails.com to discuss.
4. Shipping & Delivery
· Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within one (1) business days.
· Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
· Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method. If you need your product by a certain time, please contact us on info@westendtails.com BEFORE you purchase so that we can work with you.
· Local Delivery: Local delivery is provided free of charge within the West End and Chancery Lane/Holborn areas. There must be someone to receive your parcel when we arrive. We will make one re-delivery attempt; after that, your parcel will be held at HQ for you to collect.
· Click & Collect: Available from our HQ at 3 Chichester Rents during business hours. Purchases are typically available within five business hours but please do contact us on info@westendtails.com to arrange. All parcels must be collected within seven (7) business days; if you will be longer than that, please let us know and we’ll arrange to store your purchase.
· Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Refunds
· Eligibility: Items must be returned within seven (7) days of delivery in original condition.
· Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or perishable products, may not be eligible for return.
· Refunds: Refunds are processed within seven (7) days after receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
· Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
6. Product Descriptions & Availability
· We strive to display accurate product descriptions, but we do not guarantee that all information (including colors, materials, ingredients, analytical constituents, and sizing) is 100% error-free.
· Product availability is subject to change without notice.
